Important information: If you have a cough, or fever, shortness of breath or the loss of taste and smell, stay indoors and call NHS 111. In view of the Coronavirus outbreak we are unable to allow appointments to be booked on line for the time being. This service will resume as soon as possible
For the time being we are asking that you do not visit the surgery to collect prescriptions or sick notes. All prescriptions will be sent to Lloyds Manford Way, or your nominated pharmacy via ETP. Sick notes will be posted to you. Anyone coming to the surgery at the request of their GP MUST wear a face covering to be allowed into the doctors consulting room. All patients need to report to the receptionist as usual. Thank you for your co-operation.

We have a new patient online service to book appointments and order repeat prescriptions. To use this service you will need to re-register via the links below:
Please note when you register you will be provided with a New User ID and Password to log into the new service. Please follow the instructions carefully to register. Once registered please allow 3 working days before using the service. Ordering repeat medication will be possible but due to Covid - 19 outbreak we are still unable to have online booking for appointments.
Please note: The new service will not accept registration from patients under the age of 16y. Each individual patient must register with their own email address and mobile number. When registering you may be asked to provide ID at the practice. However, if you previously used the Microtest online service you WILL NOT be required to do this. It is important that you answer NO to the question 'have you received a letter from your practice'
