We are a four partner training practice which means that every 12 – 18 months we are privileged to have with us GP Registrars. They are qualified doctors who have chosen to become General Practitioners. Throughout their time with us they will hold clinical sessions and at some point you may well be seen by them.
As part of their training it is essential that they have access to a wide variety of cases and are encouraged to perform all aspects of general practice.
During an academic year we may also have with us medical students. As part of their training they are encouraged to see patients under supervision. You will be informed that you are seeing the student but will be given the opportunity to decline. However the students do value this experience and we are grateful that many of our patients are happy to take part.
